Deliveries within UK

At CambridgeTCG, we aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping options for all orders within the UK. Our shipping policy is designed to offer flexibility based on your order value and ensure that your cards arrive securely.

Shipping Options:

1. Orders Below £20:

   • Shipping Method: Untracked Royal Mail delivery
   • Delivery Time: Estimated 2-4 working days
   • Please note that this option does not include tracking.

2. Orders Between £20 and £150:

   • Shipping Method: Royal Mail Tracked 48
   • Delivery Time: 2-3 working days
   • This service includes tracking information to monitor your delivery's progress.

3. Orders Above £150:

   • Shipping Method: Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 PM
   • Delivery Time: Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1 PM
   • Fully tracked and insured for added security.

Free Shipping:

• Free Shipping is available for any orders above £80 within UK.
• Orders that qualify for free shipping will be automatically upgraded to the appropriate shipping method based on their order value.

Stock and Pre-Order Shipping:

• In-Stock Items: All cards that are currently in stock will be shipped immediately according to the chosen shipping method.
• Pre-Order Items: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our inventory. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.

• We only use Royal Mail for our domestic deliveries to ensure reliable service.
• Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on Royal Mail's delivery schedule or unforeseen delays.

International Deliveries

We ship to US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia (Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan , Korea) and a few other countries. 

We only use tracked and fully insured mail for internaional deliveries. You'll get a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

We offer a flat rate of £5.90 for any quantity of single cards purchased from our site. Single cards order over £100 are sent FREE.

Deliveries to the US

We use USPS to ship to the US, so you'll get your order fast and safe. There are no import/sale taxes to pay.

Usual delivery time to the US is 6-8 days.

Deliveries to the EU

If you are ordering from any EU country, your order will be delivered with VAT and Import Duties prepaid under the IOSS scheme.

All parcels are fully tracked and insured, with an average delivery time of 5-7 working days.
